Valentine's Day is fast approaching. Every year I search for vintage cards to add to my collection. These old card were found at a flea market here in Utah. The colors are so vibrant and the images have such a sense of innocence.

The French Inspired Home

It never ceases to amaze me of all of the wonderful ideas people have using flea market finds. There is a certain feeling that things give when they are worn with time and use. I believe it to be a feeling of familiarity and comfort. I think oft times these items add a soothing sense that though time continues to move, we can go with it and still have real value.
I like to post about some of my favorite books and places to shop for vintage finds. Before we know it, it will be time for the first garage sales of the year and the flea markets will be bursting with items to be discovered. Holiday Time

We are all so busy now that the holidays are here. I am loving all of the vintage and flea market styling in todays holiday decorating. Here is a photo from The Way Life used to be.
